Design considerations
A room is a system. Most disappointing rooms are not the result of a bad product choice but of one of these six being decided last.
Microphone coverage, speaker placement and the room's own acoustics decide whether a call is bearable. Reverberant glass and hard ceilings change the answer.
Field of view against room depth, seating layout and viewing distance — so everyone is in frame and everyone can read the display.
Backlit windows and downlights above the table are the two most common reasons a room looks worse than its camera should allow.
Wired HDMI, wireless sharing or both, chosen against who actually walks into the room — staff, guests, or both.
One touch panel, a consistent layout across rooms, and no laminated instructions taped to the table.
Switch ports, PoE budget, containment and the physical route from table to display — confirmed before anyone orders hardware.
Assessment
Before a product shortlist there is a room: its dimensions, seating, glass, ceiling, power and network. A short assessment records all of it, and the Room Planner lets you do the first pass yourself.

Enter the room and the planner draws it in 2D and 3D, checks sightlines against the seats you entered, and exports a PDF report you can hand to a technical team or use as the basis of a BOQ.
Nothing you enter is sent anywhere. Your draft stays in this browser, and the PDF is built here too.
