We deploy Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Google Meet hardware and BYOD rooms using hardware from brands including Poly, Neat, Logitech, Yealink and Jabra, along with room booking panels and workspace platforms.

Can you deploy meeting rooms across multiple sites?

Yes. Multi-room rollouts from 5 to more than 100 spaces are planned as a pilot room first, then deployed in waves by floor or site.

Do you handle Microsoft 365 and calendar integration?

Yes. Room resource accounts, calendar sync with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and device sign-in are configured and tested as part of every deployment.

What happens after go-live?

Every room comes with a quick-start guide, as-built documentation and 30 days of hypercare. Monitoring and support can then continue under our managed support service.

Can you work alongside our fit-out contractor?

Yes. We coordinate cabling, containment and display mounting with your fit-out contractor and IT team, so the technology work runs on the same programme as the build.
